Connect with the same identification and password that you use for Gespodo PRO. If you modify your access codes in Gespodo PRO, you have also to modify it for FootSCAN3D. 

Of course! Touch the icon at the top right to choose a non-weight-bearing scan and start scanning your foam box. 

If you are in front of your PC, scan the QR code correspondent in your patient’s file. Once the scan of the box is done, the STL files will be automatically added. Also, you can create or choose a patient and scan it without QR. Back in your clinic, associate the scanned footprints to your files in Gespodo PRO.

Sometime is interesting to overlay a photo to amplify the vision and locate a painful area without a prominence (with a demographic pencil for example) 

The thickness and the material (bi, tri… ) is specified in the order, in the professional account,  being able to choose from 0.5mm. 

In your profile user, you can set the following information. 

• Your delivery address. 
• Your billing address. 

• The shipment mode by default. (will be added automatically to the files of your patients) 
• The therapeutics fields that you use regularly and deactivate those that you don’t use. 
• The finishing desired by default (will be added automatically to the files of your patients) 

The activation code can only be used once. We will have to give you a new key to reinstall or install the software in a new PC. 

It is possible to adapt the insole to the shoe to the millimetre. In any case, you can remove and measure the length and width of the shoe insole and implement these measures on the template in any moment during the designing. Also is possible to return to the treatment realized and modify the length and/or width to do other pair of shoes.  

In a way, yes. You only have to sabe the work of the first foot, to work with the other. However, is not possible to work with both feet at the same time in the same pc and move and see at the same time. 

It is possible to create a library of patterns and a library of templates and treatments, and, in the same way a library of elements. The software permits to implement a data base of personal data according to the personal practice. 

Your activation code can only be used once. We will have to give you a new key to install the software in your new PC. Ask for a new key.
